The contact form is a convenience layer for composing an email. The website does not display a success message claiming that OSINOVA has received or stored the enquiry.

Email, telephone, WhatsApp and map links use the visitor's chosen application or an external service. EquipSOS role portals communicate with their existing external backend as part of their authenticated workflows.
