EquipSOS is the role-based service and support portal accessed through the OSINOVA website. It provides separate workspaces for doctors, engineers and authorized administrators.

Doctors should use the Doctor portal, assigned service personnel should use the Engineer portal, and authorized administrators should use the protected Admin portal. Each retains its existing access process.

No. The launcher only directs users to the appropriate role workspace. Credentials and authorization remain within the existing portal and backend processes.
